To keep the connection, everyone should be clearly seen on camera, at least for 15 minutes at the beginning, with first name displayed (if Dave doesn't recognise your face, yet).
It's OK to relax, lay down, drift off, go for a walk or exercise but please avoid surfing the net or online social networking.
